Dr. Fazli
A Texas native bringing thoughtful, modern dentistry home to North Texas.
Dr. Fazli began his academic journey at The University of Texas at Austin and earned his dental degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. He is committed to making excellent dental care feel personal, comfortable, and easy to understand for every patient.
An active member of the American Dental Association, Dr. Fazli values continued learning and giving back to the communities he serves. Outside the office, he enjoys volunteering, reading, and staying active through sports.

This is a dental membership program, not insurance. Membership is valid only at Dental Edge of Anna and cannot be combined with dental insurance, other discounts, or promotional offers. A 12-month commitment applies. Some services—including products, outside laboratory fees, specialist care, and third-party services—may be excluded.
